Click here to download the Resize it program. Only needs to be done once. When you put the Resize it program on your computer, use it to resize all the images you want entered into your database, | Click here to insert a normal size image into your image folder online. | Click here to insert your invoice image into your invoices folder online. | ||||||||||||
Remember... always insert the vendor data first, unless the vendor is already in your database. You only need to input a vendor once. If you're not sure if the vendor is in the database - go to the View above Tab and select See Vendor List or just click here. Here's another tip; the more careful you are about inputting data here the less time you will need to spend inside the edit tab.

There is more than one way to skin a cat. And who is skinning cats???!!!!
1. When inputting purchases the system requires an image. You should have a temp image ready for upload. You can always go back and add your real picture later. |
5. All of the reports will be exportable to excel. However the reports with images may not export efficiently. Consider formating your excel file so that the column expecting an image is present to fit the image. | ||||||
2. Recommend, you setup a folder on your laptop where you place all your images in addition to uploading them online. Do this for all images and make a folder for the images of your invoices. |
6. This program is scalable. In otherwords it's designed to grow with your needs. Suppose you decide you need something specific that is not in the current platform. Ask us, we may be able to build it for you relatively easily.. | ||||||
3. Speaking of invoices...develop a naming convention. This will make inputting, finding, and call invoices so much easier. |
